Origami Turban
Origami turban is a simple origami to fold. It is suitable for someone getting started in origami. We do use printer paper instead of regular origami paper for this. You can probably wear this turban if you start with a large sheet of paper like newspaper.

Origami Turban Step 1: Start off with an A4 printer paper. The dimensions are 8.5 inch x 11 inch (210 mm x 297mm). We got some color printer paper so that it's easier to photograph.
Origami Turban Step 2: Fold paper in half, bringing side A over to side B.
Origami Turban Step 3: Fold up about 1/2 inch or 5/8 inch (~1.5cm) from the bottom. It doesn't have to be precise.
Origami Turban Step 4: Flip paper over. Fold paper in half but make a small crease in the center only. You just want to mark the center point.
Origami Turban Step 5: Now fold both sides to meet in the center.
Origami Turban Step 6: Rotate paper 180 degrees.
Origami Turban Step 7: Now fold up the bottom edge, upper flap only.
Origami Turban Step 8: Fold that upper flap over itself.
Origami Turban Step 9: Flip paper over. We will repeat Step 7 and 8 on this side.
Fold the bottom part upwards so that the bottom edge lines up with the other side. Crease well and unfold.
Origami Turban Step 10: Now fold the paper up to meet that crease.
Origami Turban Step 11: And fold the bottom part over itself again.
Origami Turban Step 12: Flip paper over. We're now going to make 2 diagonal folds. The right and left tips will end up tucked under the center stripes.
Because we're using printer paper which is much thicker than regular origami paper, the tips actually fit snugly under the center stripes.
Origami Turban Step 13: Almost done! Flip paper over. Fold the top tip down and tuck it under the bottom stripe.
Origami Turban Step14: Flip paper over. Your origami turban is complete!
Pry open the bottom and it's ready to be worn.
This origami turban is a bit too large for our regular hat model but being a professional and a good sport......
